Ninjas in Pyjamas TV have announced they will be hosting a $1,000 online female tournament, featuring 6 teams. The tournament will take place on Sunday, August 9th, and Sunday, August 16th, with the first two rounds of the upper and lower brackets to be played on the 9th, and the semi-finals and finals on the 16th.
The tournament, with a standard double elimination structure, will consist of BO3 matches during the whole event with the only exception being the final—which will be a BO5—, and whose participating teams will split a $1,000 purse of which the winner will take $650 home and the runner up will secure the remaining $350.
